Refund Policy — Divine Consciousness 888

Effective 25 September 2026

Every DC888 product carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If, within 30 days of your purchase, a product is not what our page said it would be, write to us and we will refund what you paid, in full. You do not need to give a reason. We may ask one optional question — what we could have done better — and you are free to ignore it.

This applies to every paid digital product we sell, including order bumps and any additional offers taken during checkout.

1. How to request a refund

Email support@divineconsciousness888.com within 30 days of your purchase date, and include:

The email address you used at checkout
The name of the product
Your order ID, if you have it to hand — it is in your purchase confirmation email, and we can find your order without it

A person reads every one of these. There is no form to complete, no call to sit through and no retention offer.

2. You keep the files

We will not ask you to delete or return anything. These are digital files; asking you to un-download a PDF would be theatre. The refund is not conditional on giving up access.

3. How the money comes back

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor. Once we process it at our end, how long it takes to appear on your statement is determined by your bank or card issuer, not by us.

We will confirm by email at the point we process it, so you have a record.

4. Duplicate charges and delivery failures

These are handled separately from the guarantee and are not limited to 30 days:

Charged more than once for the same product because of a technical or payment error — we refund the duplicate charge as soon as we can verify it.
Never received your product — write to us and we will send the files to you directly. If we cannot get them to you, we refund you.

If your download link has not arrived, check your spam folder first, then email us. In almost every case the files are one reply away.

5. Your part

Please enter your email address carefully at checkout. Delivery goes to the address you give us, and a mistyped address is the single most common reason a purchase appears not to arrive.

Our products are PDFs and MP3 audio files. They open on any phone, tablet or computer without an app, a login or an internet connection once downloaded. If you are unsure whether something will work for you, ask us before you buy.

6. This policy and your statutory rights

This policy sets out what we offer. It does not limit any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable Indian law, and nothing here should be read as asking you to give up such a right.

If anything in this policy appears to contradict a guarantee stated on one of our product pages, the more generous of the two applies.
