You feel it, don't you

Somewhere between
the alarm and the
to-do list.

Not your keys. Something quieter. The part of you that used to feel connected to your body and your own sense of things, buried under the weight of what you carry for everyone else.

  • Waking up already behind — your first conscious thought a task rather than a feeling.
  • Running on autopilot. Going through the motions without being present in your own day.
  • A restlessness you can't name, like something important is missing.
  • Guilt every time you take a moment for yourself, as though rest had to be earned.
  • The sense that you used to be more you — more awake, more connected, more whole.
You're not broken and you're not failing. You are disconnected from practices that keep you rooted in who you are. That is a much smaller problem, and it has a much simpler beginning.
What you'll receive

Five sacred rituals.
One for every part
of your day.

  1. 01

    The Sacred Morning Awakening

    Five minutes

Begin the day as a ceremony rather than a chore. Before the world asks anything of you, this grounds you in your own energy — not the energy of your inbox, your family's needs, or yesterday's unfinished worries.

  2. 02

    The Chakra Flow Practice

    Ten minutes

Breath and simple movement to shift what has gone stagnant. No yoga mat, no experience, no positions you have to get right. It opens the energy centres of the body and lets something move again.

  3. 03

    The Moon Manifestation Ritual

    New moon & full moon

Anchoring intentions to the lunar cycle. You are already living in these rhythms — your energy, your mood, your creativity all move with them. This gives you a practice that matches. Includes guidance for both new moon and full moon work.

  4. 04

    The Shadow Release Practice

    Gentle · at your pace

A container for what you have been carrying — the grief, the guilt, the anger, the heaviness you have never quite named. You do not have to understand it perfectly. You do not have to name it. You only have to begin.

  5. 05

    The Evening Return Ritual

    Five minutes

Close the day with intention before the world takes it from you. Release the weight of it, honour what you gave, and come back to yourself before sleep.

Why this one

Not another
wellness checklist.

Most spiritual guides hand you theory, or assume you already own a meditation cushion and two hours you do not have.

−

Five minutes, mostly

Shorter than making coffee. Designed to fit between the real moments of a real day rather than instead of them.

◇

Nothing required but you

No app, no props, no special room. If you can breathe and set a timer, you can do all five.

☽

Ancient practice, plain language

Rooted in lunar practice, chakra work and shadow integration — written without the jargon that usually comes attached.

♡

Written gently

No guru voice and no suggestion you have been doing it wrong. Just: begin here, this is enough.

“You are not on your way to becoming sacred. You already are. These rituals simply help you remember.”

Honest fit

Who it's for,
and who it isn't.

It's free, so there is nothing to lose by downloading it — but your time is worth something, so here it is plainly.

Download it if

  • You've meant to start a practice for a while and the options all feel like too much
  • You want something grounding that is yours, and fits a real life
  • You're tired of being everyone's everything and your own afterthought
  • You're drawn to sacred practice but put off by complicated systems and terminology
  • You've tried apps and journals and nothing has stuck yet

Skip it if

  • You want a structured programme with daily accountability. This is five standalone practices, not a course.
  • You want something to read rather than do. These are short and they ask you to actually try them.
  • You are looking for support with a mental health condition. This is a self-care practice, not treatment, and it does not replace professional care.
  • You would rather not receive occasional emails. The guide arrives by email, so there is no way around that part.
What happens next

Three steps,
about a minute.

  1. Enter your name and email

That is all we need. The phone number is optional and you can leave it blank.

  2. The guide arrives straight away

You land on a page with the download on it, and the same link goes to your inbox. No waiting, no sales call, and the whole guide at once.

  3. Choose one ritual. Just one.

The Sacred Morning Awakening is the usual starting place, but follow whichever one you felt something about while reading the list. One done properly beats five done under pressure.

Your email

What we do with it, plainly.

We send you the guide. In the first few days you'll get two short notes about starting well, and one mention of the Divine Feminine Starter Kit, which is paid. After that, occasional notes with new rituals and reflections, never daily.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and using it does not take the guide away from you. We do not sell, share or trade your details with anyone.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

It is free. No card, no trial that turns into a charge, nothing held back inside it. We do sell other things — a Starter Kit and a few larger packs — and you will hear about them occasionally. That is the whole arrangement, and the five rituals work whether or not you ever buy anything.

I'm not really “spiritual”. Will this work for me?

You don't have to identify as anything or believe anything specific. These are grounded practices for reconnecting with your own breath, body and attention. The language draws on lunar and chakra traditions because that is where the practices come from, but nothing asks you to sign up to a worldview.

I've tried apps and journalling and nothing stuck.

Probably because they asked for more than you had. Each of these attaches to a moment that already exists in your day — waking, midday, evening — and most take five minutes. That is a low enough bar that resistance has less to push against. It may still not stick. It costs you nothing to find out.

Do I need anything to do them?

No. A quiet moment and five minutes. A couple of the rituals mention a candle or a journal as optional, and they work perfectly without either.

What format is it, and can I read it on my phone?

A PDF. It reads on a phone, tablet or laptop, and prints cleanly if you'd rather keep it on paper.

What if I only have time for one ritual?

Then do one. Each stands completely on its own — no sequence, no prerequisites, nothing to fall behind on.

One ritual.
Five minutes. Today.

You have read this far because something recognised something. That is the same instinct these rituals are built to strengthen.
